SS Gas Labs Asia, besides producing CO2 gas plants, is also involved in the manufacturing and exporting storage tanks for carbon dioxide plants, in different sizes and capacities. Made of superior quality materials, these are fully insulated and equipped with refrigeration units, allowing for the economical utilization and storage of carbon dioxide without venting losses.


Types of storage tanks:

• Lorry mounted CO2 tankers: We also manufacture lorry mounted CO2 tankers. They are manufactured in different capacities. These are made of low temperature steel and properly insulated and refrigerated. The tanker has also suitable piping arrangement where inlet-outlet pressure gauzes, safety valves, and other safety and approved fittings are attached. All these tankers are approved and supervised by international inspection agencies. We can undertake following modifications on the tanks, like barrier around the tank, height barrier, change in the battery position, rear red light and rear bumper.
  
  
• Long distance transportable tankers: We supply different sizes of transportable CO2 tanks which can be mounted on any suitable truck or trailer of the rigid flat type. These tanks are designed in compliance with ISO standard. Housed in a frame, they are made as per BS-5500 and these tanks make transporting liquid CO2 easy and efficient. They are suitable for transportation by road, ship or rail.
